It's been an interesting time in my life. Now over 50, yes 50! I've been thinking a lot of where I want to go and do next in life. For some this will be considered an existential life crisis, but I see as the ever-evolving chain of the life circle that we all go through. As a woman of color and someone who has colored outside the lines a bit, I find that I really want to tap into creativity and spread my wings even further. All the while the Earth's gravity (dealing with an aging parent with dementia, bills, and aging Italian Greyhound of 14, yes, she's old too) are trying to keep me tethered to ground. I'm not sure if I'm the only one feeling this way, but I have a feeling that I'm not. So, with this being said… I've decided to get back to blogging a bit and discuss my creative journey and the bitch of aging!
