It's been too long

Sorry for dropping off the scene.  I've been busy just dealing with life and injuries from running. Now that all of the injuries (fingers crossed) are behind.  I'm ready to hop back in the saddle again.

Time to Rebrand and why

It's been an interesting time in my life.  Now over 50, yes 50!
